Graeme Marks began his association with call centres and training 30 years ago.
For over a decade, while working for large international computer companies, he developed and delivered experientially based training courses and developed one-on-one coaching methodologies. He has developed and delivered experiential project management training and coached individuals and teams in Australia, USA, New Zealand and South East Asia.
In 1994 he founded Sound Training Solutions Pty. Limited. This company provides training, consulting and coaching services with a particular focus on the contact centre industry.
In May 2006, Sound Training Solutions, after a rigorous selection process, was awarded a place on the Australian Public Service Commission's Learning and Development Panel contract. This panel is limited to a small group of expert training organisations.
