
The Australian Communications and Media Authority, (ACMA), has just released its 5th edition of Making the Right Call, their industry newsletter.
In it they state that more than 2,000,000 people, (by my calculation that's 10% of the Australian population) has registered on the DNC.
I invite you to comment on how its working from both consumer perspective and how it's changed the way you telemarket your clients.
As a consumer:
Are you personally on the DNC? Are you one of the 2,600 complainants each month that say it's not working? What's your experience?
