Environmental Reasons

My own observations suggests organisations are citing "environmental reasons" for not offering services that they used to offer. My question this month is, "is this just a cost cutting exercise with a marketing twist". All of us want to be environmentally friendly. Is this the new marketing ploy for not providing services once offered.

One recent example was an organisation that once provided a news service free of change but no longer do so as this would mean less use of paper and toner!
